PROJECT SUMMARY
At the start of the certification process the seller is equipped with a complete picture of each milestone, and the pending status of each. We also provide real-time updates to key events such as the Scheduled Inspection Date, a link to the Inspection Reports, and the status of the Title.
PROJECT GOAL
It currently takes approximately 30 days to manually collect documentation needed to complete certification.
Design a process by which we can enable sellers to upload needed documentation and significantly cut down on the time it take from submission to their property being certified and listed on our site.
